Neil has broad and extensive experience advising and representing clients in a wide variety of business and real estate matters, and handles both transactions and litigation.
Neil has experience with all phases of litigation, from inception through trial, mediations, binding arbitration and arguing before the California Court of Appeal. Neil’s extensive real estate litigation experience includes handling easement and boundary disputes, subrogation and title and escrow disputes, and landlord and tenant matters.
In addition to his real estate experience, Neil represents individuals and companies in a variety of business disputes, including corporate litigation, shareholder and member disputes and contract disputes.
Neil’s transactional work comprises negotiating and drafting commercial leases and purchase transactions. And Neil provides general business counsel to his corporate clients on an ongoing basis, as well as handles a wide range of corporate transactions, including drafting buy and sell agreements, non-disclosure agreements, forming and dissolving corporate entities, facilitating asset/stock sales, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations.
